Yoga is at the heart of our healing philosophy. Our daily sessions are open for both residents and walk-in visitors. Trained instructors guide each participant through asanas, pranayama, kriyas, and meditation to achieve inner balance and peace.

Sessions Include:

  • Pranayama for breath control
  • Meditation and mindfulness
  • Shatkarmas (Jal Neti, Kunjal, Tratak) for cleansing
