At SPPC Vrindavan, every guest and patient is admitted based on our center’s health, accommodation, and therapy availability.
We follow a transparent and ethical admission process aligned with Patanjali Wellness guidelines.
Key Points:
- Admission is subject to availability of rooms and the doctor’s recommendation.
- A one-time consultation fee of ₹300 is applicable for all new guests.
- A minimum 5-day booking is required for residential wellness programs.
- Guests must disclose existing medical conditions and medications before treatment.
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission if a treatment is unsuitable for a patient’s health condition.
- Admission is confirmed only after payment of the prescribed advance amount.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy ensures fairness and clarity for both guests and the center.
For Residential Stays:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date: 100% refund (after deduction of transaction charges).
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.
For OPD Appointments:
- Appointments can be rescheduled once at no extra cost if informed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed or same-day cancellations will not be refunded.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Terms & Conditions

- All therapies are conducted under the supervision of qualified doctors and trained therapists.
- SPPC Vrindavan follows the Patanjali Wellness healing protocols; individual results may vary depending on health conditions.
- Guests must comply with center rules, schedules, and dietary restrictions during their stay.
- Smoking, alcohol, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited within the campus.
- The management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests are required to maintain decorum, silence, and respect for the spiritual environment of Vrindavan.
- Medical emergencies, if any, will be referred to nearby hospitals with the guest’s consent.
- Use of mobile phones is restricted in therapy areas and yoga halls.
- Fees and charges are subject to change without prior notice.
