Introduction

At SPPC Vrindavan, we follow the philosophy that “Food is Medicine.” Every meal and daily routine here is designed to support your body’s healing, balance your energy, and cleanse your system naturally.

Whether you’re staying for a wellness package or visiting our daily OPD, you’ll experience the same commitment to holistic care that comes from the Patanjali Wellness system.

Medicated Diet System

Our diet is fully sattvik (pure vegetarian), freshly prepared in our in-house kitchen using natural ingredients, herbal spices, and Patanjali products.

Key Features of the SPPC Diet Plan:
  • Personalized meal plan as per your body type (Vata, Pitta, Kapha)
  • Cooked with minimal oil and salt, using pure cow ghee
  • Includes medicinal herbs, detox drinks, and herbal teas
  • Emphasis on fresh fruits, steamed vegetables, and whole grains
  • Free from refined sugar, caffeine, and preservatives
Daily Inclusions:
  • Herbal morning drink
  • Light breakfast (fruits, porridge, or herbal soup)
  • Balanced lunch (vegetable curry, khichdi, salad, and buttermilk)
  • Evening herbal tea or detox juice
  • Early dinner with medicinal soup

Special Highlight: We serve ozone-treated water throughout the day for detoxification and better digestion.
